The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) created the EB-5 program to encourage foreign investments in “target employment areas” (TEAs). All ELBP development is identified under EB-5 target area and the development is given the “ no waiting list” for qualified investors.
Phoenix Pacific Regional Center was formed and approved by the U.S. Department of Immigration in 2018 as an entity to facilitate EB-5 immigration investment. The standard path requires foreign investors participate in qualified U.S. commercial real estate developments in order to gain green-card status. These developments are classified as Class A logistic facilities in Puget Sound Region Washington State, which has been the site of remarkable growth in technology and manufacturing. ELBP’s overall developments have been identified as “No Schedule Investment Immigration” for qualified foreign investors under the most recent immigration law amendments. Based on job creation numbers for Phase I development, industrial economists working on behalf of ELBP have estimated up to $11,200,000 in EB-5 capital investment from a total of 14 EB-5 investors. The project provides enough jobs to meet or exceed the requirements of the EB-5 program.
David Hirson & Partners LLP is retained as the designated legal immigration firm for both the ELBP Regional Center and immigrant investors.
